Forms

Forms lets you build your own internal forms, such as an inspection sheet, a site survey, a delivery check or a staff request, and have your team fill them in inside Kluvan. Each form has up to 20 typed fields and keeps its published versions, so every submission stays tied to the questions it answered.

Managers build the forms, the team fills them in, and reviewers accept or reject submissions. A submission can name a customer from your customer list, and accepted or new submissions can start an automation in Workflows.

In the menu, Forms sits in the Studio app, under Forms and reports.

Start with Create and publish a form.
