Studio
Studio is where an owner or manager fits Kluvan to the way the organisation works: your own fields on customers, invoices, projects, work orders and other records; which fields each role sees; your own statuses; approval limits for discounts, quotes, purchases and write-offs; the look of your invoices and quotes; and saved views of a list. Every change is a draft that you preview, publish and can undo, and every change is written to the change history.
Studio works across the apps: custom fields appear on the records of CRM, Books, Projects, Inventory, Procurement, HR, Fixed assets, Contracts, Field jobs and Collections, and approval limits are enforced inside Books, Procurement and Collections. In the menu, Studio also holds Forms and Analytics under Forms and reports. Studio is in every paid plan; managing it needs the right Manage Studio (fields, layouts, statuses, rules, templates).
