Getting started

Kluvan is one account for every business app: accounting, customers, stock, people, projects and more. You switch on the apps your organisation needs and add others when you are ready. These guides take you from sign-up to a working setup in about an hour.

Follow them in order the first time: create your account, pick your apps, invite the people you work with, bring in your lists, then learn the Today page and the phone pages.

• Create your Kluvan accountSign up with your e-mail, pick your country and start 30 free days with every app. No card is needed and there is no password to remember.
• Pick your appsChoose the apps your organisation needs, switch them on or off at any time, and add an app on top of your plan when you need it.
• Invite your teamInvite the people you work with by e-mail, give each one a role and a seat, and choose exactly what they may do.
• Bring your dataStart with sample data to look around, or import your products, customers, suppliers, balances and opening stock from Excel or another program.
• Use the Today pageToday is your home page in Kluvan: the day's sales documents, who owes you, stock that needs a look, your apps and a quick question box.
