Find your way around Kluvan

Every app in Kluvan works the same way: the same menu, the same search, the same help. A few minutes here saves time later.

The menu

The menu lists the apps you switched on and their pages. You see only the apps and pages your rights allow, so two people may see different menus. The Help group holds the Manual, What's new and Support.

Quick search: Ctrl+K

Press Ctrl+K (on a Mac ⌘K), or choose the search button at the top, and type. Quick search finds pages, settings, customers, products, invoices and appointments as you type. Use ↑ and ↓ to move, Enter to open and Esc to close.

Help on every screen

• Help for this screen. Most screens have this link near the title. It opens the part of this help centre that explains that screen, in your language where the guide is translated.
• What happened? Every error message has this small link. It opens the explanation of that exact error: what it means, what may have happened and how to fix it. See Error messages.
• Support. Help → Support sends us a message with your organisation's details, or chat with us on WhatsApp at +1 (650) 442-5630.

Your language and your look

Each person picks their own language; it does not change anyone else's.

1. Open your account menu and choose Your language.
2. Pick one of the twelve choices: English, العربية (Modern Standard Arabic), العربية (مصر) (Egyptian Arabic), हिन्दी, اردو, മലയാളം, বাংলা, Français, Español, Português, Türkçe or Bahasa Indonesia. Arabic and Urdu read right to left.
3. For colours, open Your look and pick Clean, Classic or Dark, or keep As the organisation.

Both are saved on your account, so every device you sign in from opens the same way.

Good to know

• Numbers, codes and amounts keep Latin digits (0–9) in every language, as on invoices and bank statements.
• Amounts you read are written your language's way: 1 234,56 in French; 1.234,56 in Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Indonesian; 1,23,456.78 (lakh grouping) in Hindi, Bengali and Malayalam; 1,234.56 in English, Arabic and Urdu. Amounts you type keep the form 1234.56.
