Use the Today page

Today is the page you land on after signing in, and the Kluvan logo always brings you back to it. It answers "how is the business doing today, and what needs a look?" from the apps you use.

What is on Today

• The date bar. Today's date with ‹ and › to step through days, or pick a date. With several branches, choose Show the numbers of one branch or All branches.
• Your apps. One button per app you switched on. Managers see a button to switch apps on or off.
• The figures. Sales for the day, split into Invoices and Online orders; the number of Sales documents and Credit notes; items sold and VAT; and the totals of the week and the month. They are counted from invoices, credit notes and delivered online orders, so they fill up as you issue documents in Books, Projects, Subscriptions or the other apps.
• Latest sales documents of the day, each linked to the document.
• Top products, what customers owe you (Credit owed), what is Running low and what is Expiring soon, when you use the apps behind them.
• Ask. A box for quick questions about your own figures, such as "who owes the most?". See Ask questions about your business.

The getting-started checklist

Until your organisation is set up, Kluvan shows a short checklist (Getting-started checklist): name your organisation and pick its type, add your first products, issue your first sales document, and invite a second person. Done steps are ticked; each open step has a button that takes you to the right page.

Good to know

• Each person sees the branches they are allowed to see.
• Days follow your organisation's time zone, set by its country.
