Create your Kluvan account

Your Kluvan account is your organisation's home: one account holds every app you use. Signing up takes about two minutes, and the first 30 days give you every app free, with no card.

Steps

1. Open app.kluvan.com and choose Create your account.
2. Fill in Your name, your organisation's name and your E-mail. Use an address you read every day: Kluvan sends your sign-in codes there. The Phone is optional.
3. Pick your Country. Your currency, taxes, e-invoicing and payroll rules follow it. An organisation outside Egypt and the UAE starts on the International pack, in US dollars. You can change the country later in Settings.
4. Under Your plan after the trial, pick a plan or choose I'll decide after the trial. Nothing is charged before you pick and pay.
5. If you have a discount code, or another business gave you its invitation code, type it in Coupon code.
6. Tick that you agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy, then choose Start the trial.
7. Kluvan e-mails you a 6-digit code. Type it on the Verify your e-mail page and choose Verify.

You land on Today, your home page. Your 30 free days of Kluvan One (every app) have started.

Didn't get the code?

Open Didn't get the code? on the Verify your e-mail page. Send a new code, look in Spam or Junk and in Gmail's Promotions or Updates tab, or correct the address right there. You can also choose Start my trial now and confirm your e-mail later: until you do, payments, inviting your team and e-mails to your customers stay locked. Sign up with Google or Facebook

On the Create your account page, choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead of filling in the form. Your account is made with your name and e-mail, the page's language, and the country and currency your browser suggests (change them later in Settings); choosing the button means you agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy. Signing in next time

Kluvan has no password. On app.kluvan.com, type your e-mail and choose Send the code, then type the code from your mail. A code works for 10 minutes. A browser stays signed in for 30 days of use. Check Junk or Spam if a code does not arrive, and use the newest code if you asked for more than one.

Good to know

• One e-mail address belongs to one organisation. To work in a second organisation, use a second address.
• For extra protection, switch on two-step sign-in once you are in.
• If you typed your address wrong, Kluvan catches common mistakes before it sends the code. To change it later, use My e-mail in your account menu.
