Plans and bundles

Kluvan is sold by organisation, not by app login. You pick one plan for the whole organisation.

The three kinds of plan

The bundles, with the apps in each:

• Sales & Customer Care: CRM, Desk, Workflows, the Portal, and the Inbox with the Front Desk (early access). Its included seats are full seats.
• Service Business: CRM, Projects, Field jobs (services, maintenance and Work delivery on the phone), Contracts, Books, the Portal, Quality, and Collections Essentials: who owes you, promises to pay, reminders and payment links, without the collectors, disputes and payment-matching pages of the full app. It includes full, field and restricted seats.
• Trade Business: Inventory with Warehouses, Procurement, Trade with Resellers, Books, Quality and the full Collections app. It includes full, field and restricted seats.
• Kluvan One: every app. Documents and Social are offered only here.

A few apps are not sold on their own: Inbox, Contracts, Documents, Workflows and Social come inside the bundles and Kluvan One that list them. Sites, Learning, Events and Quality are sold on their own too, and Quality also comes with Service Business and Trade Business. Recruitment is part of HR, so every plan with HR has it.

Each plan's full contents, seats and allowances are listed side by side on Plan & usage → Change plan. To start working with a bundle, follow its path: Sales & Customer Care, Service Business, Trade Business or Kluvan One.

On every plan

Whatever plan you pick, your organisation also has:

• Studio, to add your own fields, layouts and statuses to the apps;
• the Owner workspace: what needs the owner's attention across your apps, on one page;
• access for your accountant: one firm, free, with your consent;
• the approvals inbox, and free access for the people who use your portal.

The free trial

A new organisation gets 30 days of Kluvan One: every app, no card. Every app stays open during the trial, whichever plan you pick, and changing the plan in the trial never locks an app. If you picked a plan when you signed up, that is the plan you are billed for after the trial; you can change it any time before you pay. Plan & usage shows how many trial days are left and the trial's limits: AI credits for Ask AI, the invoice reader and the Front Desk, e-mails to your customers a day and file storage. After the trial

1. Open Plan & usage and choose Change plan if you want a different plan.
2. Pick the Billing cycle: Monthly, or Yearly (12 months for the price of 10).
3. Pay the invoice on the Payment page. See Pay for Kluvan.

Your plan's limits start when you pay. Apps outside your plan switch off when you pay or when the trial ends. Their records are kept: switch the app on again by moving to a plan that includes it, or by adding the app on top of your plan.

Prices and currency

You are billed in your country's currency: Egyptian pounds in Egypt, dirhams in the UAE, riyals in Saudi Arabia and US dollars everywhere else. VAT is added where it applies. The current prices are on the Change plan page and on kluvan.com.
