Refer clients as a Kluvan partner

If you advise businesses (as an accountant, an IT reseller or a consultant), you can refer them to Kluvan as a partner. The partner portal gives you your own code, a ready link and a QR code, and shows every business that signed up with them.

Sign up

1. Open partners.kluvan.com.
2. Fill in your name, mobile (WhatsApp), e-mail and city, and how you will refer businesses. Tick that you agree to the partner terms.
3. Already have a code from us? Say so and type it; otherwise Kluvan makes one for you.
4. Type the 6-digit code we e-mail you. There is no password: you sign in with an e-mail code each time.

Share your code

Your dashboard shows:

• your code, with a copy button, and a sign-up link with the code already filled in;
• a WhatsApp button with a ready message, a QR code and a printable flyer;
• your totals: sign-ups, businesses in trial, businesses paying;
• what you have earned, what was paid to you and what is waiting, with the reward rule that applies to you.

A business that signs up with your code gets the welcome discount, and is linked to you.

Follow your referrals

Referrals lists the businesses that used your code, with their state (in trial, paying, left). Your statement shows the amounts earned month by month; payouts are recorded by our team and appear there.

Good to know

• The portal is in the same languages as Kluvan; the language links are at the top of every page.
• A code is linked to one partner account. If your code shows as waiting for confirmation, we check it and link it within working days.
