Pay for Kluvan and get your invoices

Kluvan bills your organisation once a month or once a year. The owner and managers pay and print invoices on the Payment and Invoices pages under Plan & usage.

Pay the open invoice

  1. Open Plan & usage → Payment. The invoice shows the plan, any extra seats and apps on top, discounts, VAT and the Total due.
  2. Not the plan you want? Change it first: see Change your plan.
  3. Pay:
    • Pay by card: you go to the card page of our payment provider (Stripe). The subscription then renews by itself on the card. Where card payment is not available yet, the page says so: pay by transfer instead.
    • Bank transfer: message us on WhatsApp and we send the account details. Put the Payment reference in your transfer, then choose I have paid. We confirm within working hours.

Use a discount code

On the Payment page, choose Have a code?, type the code and choose Apply. You see the price with the discount before you pay. A first-year code takes its percentage off each of your first paid months, for the plan and the apps you bought on top; the regular price follows after. A code typed at sign-up is already on your account.

Your invoices

Plan & usage → Invoices lists every subscription invoice. Open one to see it in full and choose Printable for a copy to print or save as PDF. Invoices show our tax number where VAT applies.

If a payment is late

After the paid period ends there are 7 days of grace. After that the account becomes read-only until you pay: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing new can be saved. Pay the open invoice and the account opens again at once. Nothing is deleted.

Good to know

  • Plan & usage shows Paid until, the trial days left and your Tenant id: quote it when you contact us about billing.
  • By paying you agree to the terms of service and the refund policy, linked on the Payment page.
