Change your plan or add an app
Your organisation's apps are your plan plus any app you add on top of it. You can change both at any time; only the owner and managers can.
Change the plan
- Open Plan & usage and choose Change plan.
- Compare the plans side by side: apps, seats and allowances.
- Choose Choose this plan on the one you want.
- If the new plan has fewer apps, Kluvan lists the Features that will stop. Tick I accept that these features stop to go on.
Moving up costs the prorated difference for the rest of the paid period, and the new plan applies as soon as that invoice is paid. Moving down applies from your next billing cycle; until then you keep the current plan. Plan & usage shows the change waiting, for example "Moving to Books on 1 Dec".
During the free trial a plan change never switches an app off: every app stays open until the trial ends, and the plan's limits start when you pay. See Your free trial.
Monthly or yearly
Under Billing cycle, pick Monthly or Yearly (12 months for the price of 10). Your next invoice follows the cycle you pick; a period you already paid never changes.
Add an app on top of your plan
- Open Plan & usage. Apps on top of your plan lists the apps your plan does not include, each with its price a month.
- Choose Add the app on the one you need. It is billed from now, prorated, and only that app is added: buying one app never switches on another.
- Switch it on as usual: see Pick your apps.
To stop paying for it, choose Cancel the add-on. The app switches off at once and nothing you entered is deleted.
Good to know
- An app whose card says Price to be announced cannot be bought yet.
- Some apps need another app: Procurement, Trade and Production need Inventory; Fixed assets and Group need Books.
- Records of an app you stop paying for are kept. Switch the app on again later and they are all there.
