Seats
Each person who signs in to your organisation holds a seat. The seat decides how much of Kluvan they can use, and it is what you pay for beyond your plan's included seats. You choose a person's seat when you invite them, and the owner can change it later.
The three seats

The owner and managers always hold a full seat.

How many seats your plan includes
- An app on its own includes your first 3 full seats. They are shared: buying a second app does not add three more.
- A bundle and Kluvan One include more full seats, and field and restricted seats too.
- Plan & usage shows, per seat type, how many are in use, how many your plan includes and how many are billed extra.

Change a person's seat
- Open Team → Users.
- On the person's row, pick the new seat and choose Change seat.
Good to know
- Seats beyond the included ones are billed per type, at the extra-seat prices shown on Change plan. If you pay by bank transfer, the transfer invoice counts the extra seats. Buying extra seats on a card subscription is not built yet.
- A pending invitation already holds its seat. Cancel invitations that will not be accepted.
- Only active people count: a deactivated person no longer holds a seat. Their past work stays in the records.
- Customers who use your customer portal do not hold seats and cost nothing.
- People who only use their personal HR link need no account at all: see Give each person their own HR page.
