Portals
The Portal app gives the people of your customer and supplier companies one private place for everything that concerns their company: invoices and statements, tickets and service requests, proposals, projects, orders, bookings, subscriptions and rentals for customers; requests for quotation, purchase orders, delivery notes, documents and bills for suppliers. Each company can have several people, each with their own roles, and they sign in with a code sent to their e-mail.
Your team gives access, invites the people and answers what they send from Portal → Requests or the Inbox. Each section shows records only while its own app (Books, Desk, Contracts, Procurement and so on) is switched on. The Portal app comes alone or in the Sales & Customer Care and Service Business bundles and in Kluvan One; portal people hold no seats.
