Get started with Kluvan One

Kluvan One is the plan with every app, the most seats and the largest allowances. It is also the plan your 30-day trial runs on, so this path works for every new organisation. Having every app does not mean switching them all on at once: start with the few you need and add the others when the team is ready.

What Kluvan One includes

Every app, in every family:

• Money: Books, Collections (the full app), Subscriptions, Expenses, Fixed assets and Group.
• Goods and supply: Inventory with Warehouses, Procurement, Trade with Resellers, Production, Rentals and Quality.
• Customers and sales: CRM, Inbox (early access), Portals, Contracts, Sites, Social and Events.
• Service and work: Desk, Field jobs with Work delivery on the phone, Bookings and Projects.
• People: HR with Recruitment, Payroll and Learning.
• Platform: Documents, Workflows, Forms, Analytics, Studio, the Owner workspace and access for your accountant.

Some of these apps, such as Documents and Social, are offered only in Kluvan One.

Your first week

1. Set up your organisation. Enter its name, address and tax number, and add a branch for each location. See Set up your organisation and branches.
2. Switch on the apps you need first. Two to four apps are enough for the first week; the table in Pick your apps suggests a set for each kind of business. Open Settings → Apps and choose Switch on on each.
3. Invite your team with the right seats. Managers and office staff get a full seat, people who work in the field a field seat, and everyone else a restricted seat for their own time off and payslips. See Invite your team and Seats.
4. Bring your data. Import your products, customers, suppliers, balances and opening stock. See Bring your data.
5. Set up Books. Most apps send their invoices and payments to Books, so set it up early. See Set up Books.
6. Give each person their own HR page once HR is on: see Switch on HR and Give each person their own HR page.
7. Bring in your accountant with their own access, so you do not share your sign-in: see Accountant.

Then add apps week by week

When the first apps run smoothly, switch on the next ones. If you started from a kind of business, the bundle paths give the order that works: Sales & Customer Care, Service Business and Trade Business. Keep the shared files in Documents, and shape the screens to the way you work with Studio.

Good to know

• Switching an app off hides its pages; nothing is deleted.
• At the end of the trial, if you pick a smaller plan, the apps outside it switch off and keep their records.
• The Inbox and the Front Desk are in early access.
