Bookings

Bookings is for businesses that sell time: salons, clinics, car washes, repair workshops, studios and trainers. You set up your services, the team members who can be booked and the rooms or equipment they need, then take bookings in the calendar or let customers book themselves on your public booking page. Kluvan checks hours, capacity and preparation and cleanup times so the same person or room is never booked twice.

Receptionists and managers run the calendar; team members can be limited to their own bookings. Bookings uses your customer list, can check out a visit with a Books invoice when Books is switched on, and sends reminders and booking messages.
