Good to know
- Recurring visits are created eight weeks ahead and extended as time passes. Generate upcoming visits extends them now and lists any times that conflict, so a receptionist can rebook them.
- A repeating visit keeps the same local time, also when clocks change.
- Change this and following checks the new times before it stops the old ones, and finishes the job if it is interrupted.
- A waitlist entry shows Waiting, Time offered, Booked or Offer expired. Customers can also join the waitlist from your public page.
- A class session's seats come from the service's Capacity. Each attendee is a normal booking with its own status.
- Before you cancel a class session that has attendees, cancel their bookings first.
- With Class timetable page ticked in the settings, customers book seats themselves. See Share your public booking page.
