Booking reports and import
Booking reports show how full your calendar is and what it earns. The import moves your services and upcoming visits in from a spreadsheet when you start.
Before you start
- Reports need the right Booking reports. The import needs Set up bookings.
Steps
To read the reports:
- Open Bookings → View → Reports.
- Set From and To and select Show.
- Read the busiest hours by weekday at the top, then the sections: booking summary, bookings by day, week and month, team utilisation and revenue, resource utilisation, revenue by service, no-show and cancellation rates, new and returning clients, booking sources, waitlist conversions, and reminders and attendance.
- Select CSV, Excel or Print / save as PDF to keep a copy.

To import:
- Open Bookings → View → Import bookings.
- Download the template for Services or visits and fill it in.
- Choose what you import, the Spreadsheet file and the Sheet number (first = 0), and send it.
- Check the Preview: each row shows Ready or Needs correction.
- Select Apply or resume next 10 rows. Repeat until every ready row shows Imported.
Good to know
- A report covers at most 366 days.
- Revenue is net of VAT and counts checked-out visits. Utilisation uses the working hours set today, even for past dates. Reminder figures show a link with attendance, not proof that reminders caused it.
- Files can be CSV, TSV or XLSX, up to 100 rows and 80 KB. Prices are in minor units (for example cents or piastres). Visit start times need a time zone offset, such as
+04:00. - Each row goes through the normal booking checks. A row whose time is taken shows Retry after resolving the conflict.
- Importing the same file again resumes the same batch instead of adding rows twice.
- For other systems that read or write bookings, see Connect Bookings to other systems.
- To bring other data into Kluvan, see Bring your data.
