Share your public booking page
Your public booking page lets customers book without an account, in your organisation's name and languages. Every confirmation carries a private link where the customer can manage the booking.
Before you start
- You need the right Set up bookings.
- Your organisation needs its public address, set in Settings → Online. Without it, no links are shown.
Steps
- Open Booking settings and tick Accept online bookings.
- Tick the pages you want: Appointment booking page and Class timetable page.
- Type an Introduction on public pages, your Cancellation policy and, if services ask for a deposit, the Deposit payment instructions. Select Save.
- Open Bookings → View → Share and QR.
- Copy each page's link and share it on WhatsApp, social profiles or by message.
- Select Download printable QR to print a code for your counter or window.
- Copy the Website button code to add a booking button to your own website.

What your customer does on the page:
- The customer chooses services, a team member or Anyone available, and a day, then selects Find a time and a time.
- The time is held for 10 minutes while they type their name, phone, an optional e-mail, notes and answers to your intake questions.
- They select Confirm booking. Their booking link opens on Manage my booking.
- From that link they can Add to calendar, Reschedule or Cancel booking within your policy, get directions, and opt out of messages.

Good to know
- There is no phone verification. Instead Kluvan limits how often one connection or phone number can book, holds the slot while the customer types, and lets you block a customer from booking online on their customer record.
- When a day is full, the page looks at the next seven days.
- A booking that needs a deposit stays Awaiting confirmation and shows your payment instructions. No card payment is taken on the page.
- Public pages never show other customers, private notes or staff surnames, unless you tick Show staff surnames publicly.
- After a visit is done, the customer can leave a private star rating and comment from the same link.
- Customers can join the waitlist from the page: see Recurring visits, waitlist and classes.
