Resellers

Resellers is for organisations that sell through other businesses: sub-distributors, agents and resellers. You put each reseller on a tier (its prices, discount, terms, credit limit and commission), allocate stock and set monthly targets. Resellers order from their own view in the Portal, accept the leads you offer them, and read their commission statements, worked out from the money you actually collected.

It is used by the sales or channel manager and by finance for commission. Resellers is part of the Trade app (Trade on its own, the Trade Business bundle and Kluvan One). It works with your customers, the Portal for the resellers' own view, Books for sales orders, invoices and commission bills, the CRM for leads, and Documents for the files you share with resellers. It is not Kluvan's own referral programme (Refer clients as a Kluvan partner).

• Add a reseller and its sub-customersTurn a customer into a reseller on a tier, add the customers who buy through it, and fill in its details and portal access.
• Set targets and allocate stock to a resellerGive a reseller a monthly target in collected revenue, follow its progress, and cap how much of a product it may order each month.
• Accept or reject reseller ordersReview the orders resellers send from their portal view, check the credit limit flag, and accept them into a Books sales order or reject them.
• Issue a commission statementWork out a reseller's commission on collected revenue for a month, issue the statement, make a Books draft bill if you wish, and mark it paid.
• Offer CRM leads to resellersSet territory rules that offer new CRM leads to resellers in order, with hours to accept; leads nobody takes come back to you.
