What your resellers see in the portal
Each reseller has its own view in your Portal. Its people sign in as they do for any Portal access, open the Reseller tab, and find their terms, prices, orders, commission statements, the leads you offered them and the files you share. They see only their own records and their sub-customers'.
Before you start
- The Portal app must be switched on, and the reseller's people need Portal access (from the Portal card on the reseller's page; see the Portals section).
- What each person can do depends on their Portal role: every role can look; a Requester orders; a Payer or Admin reads statements; a Requester or Admin answers leads.
What the reseller sees
- Overview: This month (collected against the target, with a bar), Target, Payment terms, Credit limit, Your discount and Your commission, plus shortcuts to order, to the leads waiting and to the files.
- Price list: each product with Your price and the List price, and how many are left this month when you set an allocation. With ordering rights, the reseller types a Quantity per product, picks Order for (Our company or one of its customers, when allowed), adds a note and selects Send the order.
- Orders: each order with its lines, amount and state (Waiting, Accepted, Rejected with your reason, or Cancelled). A waiting order can be cancelled.
- Statements: the issued statements with their amount and Issued or Paid; each opens with its sales lines.
- Leads: the leads offered, each with Answer by and the date; Accept or Decline.
- Files: the marketing files and price sheets you share.

Good to know
- Prices are before tax. Orders for the reseller's customers use the list price and are invoiced to that customer.
- An order is sent to you, not confirmed. The reseller sees when you accept or reject it (see accept or reject reseller orders).
- Only issued statements appear, never one you are still preparing. A statement is not a payment.
- A declined or late answer passes the lead to the next reseller of the rule. An accepted lead's customer becomes the reseller's customer.
- Files are the Documents your organisation published and tagged
resellers, with normal confidentiality. - A paused reseller sees a notice that ordering is closed for now.
- A company that is not a reseller has no Reseller tab, and one reseller can never open another's records.
