Recruitment
Recruitment is where you hire. You open a job opening, publish it on your careers page, and every application lands with its CV in your own stages. Interviews, scorecards, the offer letter and the candidate's answer stay on one page, and Hire creates the person in HR with an onboarding checklist.
Owners, HR staff and the hiring managers you name on each opening use it; interviewers see only the candidates they meet. It works with HR (hiring and onboarding), Bookings (interviews on the interviewers' calendars) and the public address you set for your organisation. Recruitment comes with the HR app: plans that include HR, and Kluvan One, carry it. See Plans and bundles.
- Switch on Recruitment and choose who sees itSwitch the Recruitment app on, give the four recruitment rights, and set your careers page words, privacy note and how long candidates' data is kept.
- Create a job openingOpen a job with its department, branch and type of work, name the hiring managers, add a salary band only HR sees, then publish it.
- Take applications on your careers pageYour careers page lists your open jobs. People apply with a CV and their consent, and each application lands on the opening in Recruitment.
- Move candidates through the stagesOpen a candidate, read the CV, move them to the next stage or mark them not selected with a reason, give an owner and keep notes for the team.
- Schedule an interviewBook an interview with one to six interviewers. With Bookings on, it goes on each interviewer's calendar and nobody can book them at that time.
- Write a scorecardAfter an interview, rate the candidate on the opening's questions and give a recommendation. Set the questions new openings start with.
- Send an offer letterDraft an offer from a letter template, send it as a private link, and see when the candidate accepts with their typed name or declines.
- Sign offer letters through a signing providerEarly accessWhen a signing provider is connected, the candidate can sign the offer letter through it, and the signed copy and signing record are kept.
- Hire a candidate into HRHire turns a candidate into a person in HR, with their file and an onboarding checklist. The CV and offer stay linked to the employee.
- Keep and erase candidates' dataCandidates you did not hire are erased after the months you set. See their consent, change "keep me", or erase a candidate now.
- Move applicants from the old hiring pageBring the applicants of HR's old hiring page into Recruitment in one step: a draft opening per role, each applicant at the same step, CVs moved once.
