Good to know
- The default stages are Applied, Screened, Interview and Offer, then Hired or Not selected. Every pipeline starts with Applied and ends with Hired or Not selected; the stages in between are yours.
- Hired is reached only with Hire, which creates the person in HR. See Hire a candidate into HR.
- Consider again brings a candidate who was not selected back to an open stage.
- Their other applications lists the candidate's applications to your other openings.
- Came from says how the application arrived: Careers page, Added by the team or Old hiring page.
- The timeline keeps every move, note, interview, scorecard and offer step with who did it and when.
- Candidates are not customers. They never appear in CRM.
- Needs you on the Recruitment page lists your interviews today and tomorrow, scorecards you owe, new applications on your openings and accepted offers waiting for Hire. The same items appear on Today.
- Next: Schedule an interview.
