Good to know
- One candidate per e-mail. A person who applies to two openings is one candidate with two applications. Applying twice to the same opening keeps the first application.
- Limits. A CV may be up to 4 MB and is checked for viruses before it is kept. One connection can send at most 5 applications a day. An opening takes at most 2,000 open applications, then says it is not taking more.
- No search engines. The careers page is not listed by search engines and asks applicants for no account.
- Languages. The page follows the visitor's language, right to left for Arabic and Urdu.
- Robots that fill in a hidden field are not kept.
- Who is told. With Tell the hiring managers about each new application ticked in the settings, the opening's hiring managers get a notice. The notice does not carry the candidate's name.
- Add a candidate by hand who applied another way: on the opening's page, open Add a candidate, fill in the details and the CV, tick that the candidate agreed to the processing of their data, and select Add.
- The privacy note and the months come from your settings. See Switch on Recruitment.
- Next: Move candidates through the stages.
