Learning

Learning is for the training your team must take: safety rules, procedures, induction for new joiners. You build a course from your approved documents, links and short texts, add a quiz with a pass mark, and assign it to people, roles, branches or teams with a due date. Everyone takes their training on the phone, and Kluvan keeps a record of who completed which version, with refreshers when it must be taken again.

Managers and HR staff run the courses and read the compliance matrix; every team member takes their own training, field and restricted seats included. It works with Documents (course material and certificates), HR (roles, teams, start dates and managers) and Workflows (reminders). Learning is sold on its own and comes with Kluvan One and the trial. • Take a course on your phoneOpen My training, read the material, answer the quiz and get your completion and certificate. Works on any seat, on the phone or a computer.
• Set refreshers, reminders and expiryMake a course expire after some months so people take it again, and decide when reminders go out and when managers are told about late training.
• Read the compliance matrixSee who has completed which course, filter by branch, team and state, open one person's records, and record training given in a room.
