Take a course on your phone
My training lists the courses assigned to you, the late ones first. Each course is one page made for the phone: read the material, answer the questions, send. Your completion is recorded at once.
Before you start
- You need Take own assigned training, which every member has by default.
- A course must be assigned to you.
Steps
- Open Learning → My training. Each course shows its state: To do, Due soon, Overdue, Expiring, Expired or Done, with its date.
- Select Start on a course (or Take it again for a refresher).
- Read each piece of material: open a document with Open the document, a link with Open the link, or read the text on the page.
- Answer every question of the quiz. The page says how many right answers pass.
- Select Send my answers. A course without a quiz has a box instead: tick I have read and understood this course. and select Mark as completed.
- If you pass, you see Well done — your completion is recorded.
- If you do not pass, the page shows your score and marks the questions to look at again. Your answers stay filled in; change them and send again.
- Under Completed, select Certificate to download a PDF of your completion.

Good to know
- Field and restricted seats can take their training, on the phone or a computer.
- Late training first. When you have late courses, the page says how many at the top.
- Documents open through the course even if you have no right in Documents.
- A failed try counts as a try; you can try again at once.
- Certificates. Each completion has a PDF certificate. When your organisation keeps certificates in Documents, a copy is stored on your employee record too.
- My records of this course at the bottom of a course lists each completion with its version and score.
- A preview. A manager who opens a course not assigned to them sees Preview and cannot complete it.
- Today shows your due soon, overdue and expiring courses.
- Related: Set refreshers, reminders and expiry.
