Read the compliance matrix

The compliance matrix shows your training at a glance: one row per person, one column per course, each cell with the person's state and date. Expired and overdue come first, so you see at once what needs chasing.

Before you start

  • You need See the training matrix of own branch (your own branches only) or Make courses, assign them, record completions (every branch). Managers see everything.

Steps

  1. Open Learning → Compliance.
  2. Read the tiles: Compliant as a percentage, then Expired, Overdue, Expiring and Due soon. Select a tile to show only those people.
  3. Filter by branch, team and state, and select Show.
  4. Select a course title in the header to open the course, or open a course's matrix from its page with See who has completed it.
  5. Select a person's name to see their courses and Records below the matrix, each with the version, the score and a Certificate link.

Record training given in a room

For training given in a classroom or on paper:

  1. In the matrix, select the person's name.
  2. Under Record a completion, pick the Course, the Day and the Score (100 by default), and add a Note.
  3. Select Record. The message Completion recorded. appears.

Good to know

  • A recorded completion counts like one taken in Kluvan, on the latest version. The records show Recorded by and the name of who recorded it.
  • Branch scope. With the matrix right alone, the page says which branch it shows.
  • An empty cell (—) means the course is not assigned to that person.
  • Records never change. A new course version or an ended assignment leaves past completions as they were.
  • On the employee record, the Linked tab shows the person's training: done, to do, due soon and late.
  • Learning records training. It does not certify anyone for a regulator.
  • Related: Assign a course, Set refreshers, reminders and expiry.
