Projects
Projects is for work that runs for weeks or months for one customer: fit-out and maintenance contracts, agency work, events, printing runs and workshop jobs. Each project has a contract value, a budget split into phases, a task board, the team's hours, its costs and the invoices you send, and shows its margin as the work goes on.
Project managers and the owner plan and invoice; the team records its own time and ticks off tasks from a phone browser without seeing contract values. Projects needs your customer list. It invoices through Books when Books is switched on, takes materials from Inventory stock and picks up expenses tagged to a project.
