Use Kluvan on your phone

There is nothing to install. Kluvan works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, and every page reflows to fit a small screen. Sign in on the phone the same way as on a computer: your e-mail, then the code.

Add Kluvan to your home screen

1. Open app.kluvan.com in your phone's browser and sign in.
2. On Android (Chrome): open the browser menu ⋮ and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. On an iPhone (Safari): tap the share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
3. Open Kluvan from its icon. It opens full screen, like an app.

Phone pages for your staff

Some people only need a few things from Kluvan, on their own phone. These pages are made for them:

• Their own HR page. Each person can see their payslips, ask for time off, see the roster and notices, and follow their requests. They open it from a personal link you send them, with no account needed; people with an account open app.kluvan.com/hr/me. See Give each person their own HR page.
• Clock in and out. Staff clock in from their own phone, which you approve once; the location check and the photo are optional. See Let staff clock in from their own phone.
• My work. Project staff see their tasks and record their time without seeing any money. See Record time.
• Counting. Several people can count stock or scan asset tags from their phones at the same time. See Count your stock and Count assets.

Good to know

• The pages need an internet connection: nothing is saved while the phone is offline.
• For the clearest view of reports and long documents, use a tablet or a computer.
