Contracts

Contracts takes you from a deal to a signed agreement, its invoices and its renewal. You write a proposal from a CRM deal or a customer, send it to the customer's secure page, and when they accept, Kluvan creates the agreement, the project with its phases and the payment milestones that become invoices. Notice dates, renewal tasks and reminders then reach Today in time.

Sales staff write and send proposals, approvers check discounts and changed clauses, and managers look after agreements, invoices and renewals. Contracts needs the customer list; it works with CRM, Projects, Books, Collections and the customer portal. It comes with the Service Business bundle and Kluvan One; it is not sold on its own today.
