Accountant
The Accountant app is where your organisation and its accounting firm work together. The owner gives a firm access in Settings → Accountant & partners, chooses which areas and branches it may see or change and until when, and can take the access back at any moment. The firm's people sign in with their own e-mail code, take no seat, and every change they make is in your activity log under their name and the firm's.
For the firm, the same app is a workspace: a list of every client on the partner portal, onboarding checklists, requests to the client, and a month-end close checklist that follows Books. It works best with Books, and also covers HR, inventory, purchasing and the other apps you share. Accountant access is included in every plan, with one firm at a time.
This is not the referral programme: to refer businesses to Kluvan and earn rewards, see Refer clients as a Kluvan partner. A firm uses the same partner portal account for both.
