Ask questions about your attention list

The box at the top of the Owner workspace finds items in your own attention list from a short question in plain words, such as "which approvals are waiting for me?". It reads the question by fixed rules and filters your list; nothing is guessed and nothing leaves Kluvan.

Before you start

  • The box searches only the items you may see: the whole organisation for the owner and managers, your own and your role's items for everyone else (see who sees which items).

Steps

  1. Open Owner workspace → Needs attention.
  2. In the box (For example: what's overdue more than 60 days?), type your question.
  3. Select Ask.
  4. Read the answer: … items answer the question, with the matching items under it. Open any of them as usual.
  5. If the box could not read the question, it says I could not tell what to look for in that question. and shows examples to try.

What you can ask

Kind of questionExamples
Overdue more than a number of days"what's overdue more than 60 days?"
Approvals waiting for you"which approvals are waiting for me?"
Due soon"what's due this week?", "due within 10 days"
Urgent items"urgent"
Your own items"mine"
A group"money", "customers", "work", "people", "compliance"

The words are understood in all languages of Kluvan, and numbers may be written in any of their digits.

Good to know

  • Fixed rules, not AI. This box is not Ask and not Ask AI: it never sends your question anywhere and never computes a new figure. It only filters the items already on your list.
  • Up to 50 items are listed under an answer; the count says how many match in all.
  • Nothing in your list matches means the question was understood but no item fits it.
  • For questions about your records (sales, who owes you, stock, your team), use the Ask page instead: see Ask questions about your organisation.
  • Related: see what needs your attention.
