Plan with the calendar and the posts list
Early access
This feature is in early access: it is built and tested, but not yet switched on for every organisation or not yet tried with the outside provider. Ask us on WhatsApp if you would like to try it.
The Calendar shows a month of posts, what needs you and the state of your accounts. The Posts list finds any post by its state.
Important. Social is in early access: posts go out only to connected accounts, and connecting needs Kluvan's approval by Meta and LinkedIn, not granted yet.
Before you start
- You need one of the Social rights.
Steps
- Open Social. The Calendar opens on this month.
- Read Needs you at the top: posts that failed or went out partly, posts sent back and posts going out today. A banner above it names any account that needs signing in again, with Sign in again.
- Use Previous month, This month and Next month to move through the months. Select a post to open it.
- Read the Accounts card with each account's state (Working, Sign in again or Disconnected), and select Manage accounts to change them.
- Open Social → Posts for the list. Use the views All, Drafts, Waiting for approval, Scheduled, Published and Failed; each shows its count.
- Read the columns Post, Accounts, State and When, with Impressions and Engagement for published posts.

Good to know
- The 30-day numbers at the top of the calendar total your published posts, impressions, engagement and engagement rate. See Read a post's results.
- Times on the calendar are your organisation's.
- No accounts yet? The calendar invites you to Connect your first account; people without the account right are asked to see a manager.
- New post at the top starts a post. See Write a post.
