Read a post's results
This feature is in early access: it is built and tested, but not yet switched on for every organisation or not yet tried with the outside provider. Ask us on WhatsApp if you would like to try it.
After a post goes out, Kluvan collects its numbers from each platform and shows them on the post, in the posts list and as 30-day totals on the calendar.
Important. Social is in early access: numbers come from connected accounts only, and connecting needs Kluvan's approval by Meta and LinkedIn, not granted yet.
Before you start
- You need one of the Social rights.
Steps
- Open Social → Posts and pick the Published view.
- Compare posts by their Impressions and Engagement columns.
- Open a post. Under On each platform, read for every account:
- Impressions: how many times the post was shown.
- Reach: how many people saw it.
- Reactions, Comments and Shares.
- Engagement rate: reactions, comments, shares and clicks together, as a share of the impressions.
- Read Numbers pulled with the time of the last update.
- Select Open on an account's line to see the post on the platform.
- Open Social to see the totals of the last 30 days: Published, 30 days, Impressions, Engagement and Engagement rate.
Good to know
- When numbers update: an hour after publishing, then every 6 hours for 30 days. After that the numbers stay as they were last pulled.
- Each platform counts its own way. Compare a Facebook post with a Facebook post rather than with a LinkedIn one.
- Comments themselves are answered in the Inbox. See Answer comments and messages.
- Posts made outside Kluvan have no numbers here.
