Read event reports
Each event has its own report on its page, and Event reports puts all your events side by side. Use them to see who came, who did not, and what an event brought in.
Before you start
- You need the right Run events (edit, publish, attendees, waitlist, guests).
- Revenue and refunded amounts show only to people with Refund tickets and see event revenue.
Steps
- Open Events and select an event.
- Read the Report card:
- Tickets: tickets issued.
- Checked in: people let in at the door.
- No-shows: tickets not used, counted after the event ends.
- Refunds: orders refunded.
- Waiting: people still on the waitlist.
- Marketing consents: people who ticked the news box.
- Revenue and Refunded, in your currency (finance right only).
- To compare events, open Events → Event reports.
- Pick a view (Upcoming, Past, Drafts or All) and read one row per event with the same columns.

Good to know
- Revenue counts confirmed paid orders. With Books on, the same money is in Books as invoices and receipts, so use Books for your accounts.
- Consents tell you how many attendees agreed to hear from you; those people appear in CRM.
- The attendee list holds the detail behind each number and can be downloaded as a CSV. See Manage attendees.
- Related: Check people in at the door.
