Check supplier ageing and scorecards
Supplier ageing shows what you owe each supplier and how late it is. The scorecard on each supplier's page shows how reliable they are.
Before you start
- Procurement must be on: see Set up Procurement.
- You need Expenses and supplier invoices or Record and match supplier invoices.
Steps: supplier ageing
- Open Procurement → Supplier ageing.
- Read each supplier's balance spread over its recorded invoices by days past the due date: not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days.
- Select Statement on a supplier's line to open its account.

Steps: a supplier's scorecard
- Open Procurement → Suppliers and select Account on the supplier's line.
- Read Scorecard (last 180 days):
- On time: orders whose first delivery came by the expected date.
- Fill rate: what was accepted out of what was ordered.
- Price vs orders: what the invoices billed compared with the order prices for the same quantities.
- Damaged: the share refused as damaged on delivery notes.
- The line below counts the orders, deliveries, late orders, orders late now, invoices and invoices with differences.

Good to know
- Ageing takes the newest invoices as the unpaid ones. Any part of the balance that no recorded invoice explains is shown as not due.
- Due dates come from the invoice date plus the payment terms: the supplier's own, else your organisation's.
- The ageing and the scorecard are worked out from your own orders, delivery notes and invoices. They are checked by automatic tests of the calculation only, so treat them as a guide and compare with your Books reports.
- With Books on, What we owe in Books is the accounting view of the same debts.
- Open orders past their expected date raise an owner alert once a day.
