Move to Kluvan
This list importer handles lists and opening balances. For historical journals and paid, partly paid or unpaid invoices and bills, use historical accounting migration. Choose one method for each opening party balance: do not import it here as well as through historical documents. Keep the source system for reference; native vendor histories and every old payment event are not automatically converted.
Start with how import works, then follow the guide for the program you are leaving, or try Kluvan with sample data first.
- Import your lists with Bring your dataHow Kluvan reads an Excel or CSV file, maps its columns, checks every row, shows a dry run and imports only when you say so.
- Undo an importTake back an import within 30 days. What it added goes, what it changed goes back, and records you used since are kept and listed.
- Import from Excel with our templatesDownload an empty Excel or CSV template for products, customers, suppliers or opening stock, fill it, and bring it back with opening balances.
