Review your daily actions and AI drafts
This feature is in early access: it is built and tested, but not yet switched on for every organisation or not yet tried with the outside provider. Ask us on WhatsApp if you would like to try it.
Start with Today for current permitted actions, or open the AI workbench (/ai/operations). Enable AI and check credits first. Features also require the relevant app and permissions.
The daily brief orders verified action candidates from approvals, operational attention, collections and project deadlines. It uses up to 60 candidates, not every record in the business. Cached results are reused within the business day; if AI is unavailable, ordinary priorities remain usable. Always open the source record to act.
The twenty workflows cover:
- Daily brief, bill-to-books, words-to-tasks, reviewed sales drafts and business questions.
- Collection reminder drafts, bank-match explanations, month-end checklists, customer handovers and approval summaries.
- Low-stock purchasing checklists, pasted supplier-quote comparisons, field reports, project risks and project updates.
- Cash-flow explanations, contract obligations from pasted clauses, customer reply drafts, management exceptions and guidance citing approved knowledge.
Choose the workflow, select permitted source records or paste the requested material, then generate. Inspect source references and any coverage limit before using the result. Review task details or sales drafts before saving. Review a message before sending it through its normal channel. The workbench does not approve requests, execute bank matches, send replies or invent purchase quantities for you.
Cash-flow explanations use the existing forecast; exception summaries describe calculated changes, not proven causes. Bank explanations consider a bounded set of unmatched lines and existing candidates. Missing source coverage is not proof that everything is clear.
For supplier documents, follow bill-to-books. For ordinary non-AI navigation and links, see connected work.
