取消活动

无法举办时，在 Kluvan 取消。报名停止，票不能入场，并邮件通知参加者。

开始之前

• 需要 Run events (edit, publish, attendees, waitlist, guests)。
• 后续退款需要 Refund tickets and see event revenue。

步骤

1. 打开 Events 并选择活动。
2. 在取消按钮旁填 Reason (optional)。
3. 选择 Cancel the event，提示 The event is cancelled. Paid orders wait for a refund on the attendee list.。
4. 打开 Attendees 检查订单。
5. 为各已付订单退款，见退还付费订单。

只取消一笔订单时，在 Attendees 选择订单 Cancel。适用于免费及待付款订单，释放名额。

注意事项

• 通知参加者。 每人收到邮件说明票已取消，已付款者将由主办方退款。
• 不自动退款。 取消不会退回资金。Today 持续列出待退款订单，直到财务处理。
• 入口拒绝取消活动的票，显示 The event is cancelled。
• 公开页显示 This event is cancelled.。
• 取消活动保留在列表和报表，不删除。
• 仅停售。 暂停报名但不取消可用 Stop sales 和 Reopen sales，见分享报名页。
