扫描标签盘点资产

资产盘点检查台账记载在某地的资产是否实际存在。巡视分支逐个扫描，清单显示找到、缺失和属于其他位置的资产。

开始之前

• 建立、扫描和结束需要 Manage fixed assets and run depreciation。
• 资产须有打印标签，见登记资产。

步骤

1. 打开 Fixed assets → Asset count。
2. New count 选择分支并填 Place，留空盘点全分支。
3. 可添 Note，选择 Open the count，预期资产形成清单。
4. 用 Scan with the camera 或条码扫描器扫描，或填标签（如 FA-000123）并 Count it。
5. 每次查看 Found、Already counted、Belongs somewhere else 或 No asset has this code。
6. 巡视完成后检查 Found、Missing、From somewhere else、Codes no asset has。
7. 填 What was found (needed to close)，选择 Close the count。

注意事项

• 盘点不改变资产，只提供后续行动清单，例如调拨错位资产或处置丢失资产，见出售处置调拨或重估资产。
• 标签可填 FA-000123、fa000123 或 123。
• Belongs somewhere else 表示登记在其他分支地点，或已处置。
• Cancel the count 取消不需要的盘点。
• 开放超过设置天数时所有者收到警报。
• 启用 Warehouses 后，资产地点可为仓库库位，并按库位盘点。
