批量修改产品价格

供应商涨价或整理产品列表时，可以批量修改产品，无需逐个打开。

开始之前

• 您需要 Edit products 权限。

修改价格或分类

1. 打开 Inventory → Product list。使用 Search、Category 和 Filters 缩小列表，然后选择 Apply。
2. 勾选要修改的产品。
3. 在 With the selected: 下选择 Bulk edit & price change。页面显示所选产品数量。
4. 在 Price change 选择 Percent % 或 Fixed amount，填写 Value。负值表示降价。
5. 在 Round to 选择舍入单位，或 No rounding。
6. 选择 Show the preview，查看各产品的原价和新价。
7. 如需同时移动分类，在 Move to category 选择分类。显示或隐藏则使用 Visible。
8. 产品有变体时，如需同步修改，勾选 Apply to variants too。
9. 选择 Apply。

整理分类

1. 打开 Inventory → Categories。
2. 在 New category 输入名称，选择 Add。
3. 在分类行选择 Rename / Merge into。
4. 重命名时输入新名称，选择 Rename。
5. 合并到其他分类时，在 Merge into 选择目标，再次选择 Merge into 确认。产品会移到目标分类。

填充批发价

1. 在 Settings → Features 启用 Wholesale price level。
2. 打开 Inventory → Price levels。每个产品显示 Retail 和 Wholesale price。
3. 逐个输入批发价，或使用 Fill wholesale by % of retail：填写 Percent %，选择 Round to，然后选择 Apply。
4. 选择 Save。

须知

• 如果修改会使价格变为 0（−100% 或更低），页面会要求先勾选确认框。
• Price levels 页的 Wholesale clients 列出标为批发客户的客户。Books 发票默认向这些客户使用批发价；没有批发价的产品使用零售价。
