Your workspace
- Connect your accounting programEarly accessEarly access. Link Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks Online or Daftra on the Connections page, choose accounts, and send your Books bills and expenses.
- Set up your organisation and branchesEnter your organisation's name and details, add a branch for each location with its own address and tax number, and give people access to branches.
- Settings → PaymentsEarly accessEarly access. Take card payments into your own Paymob account for pay links, portal invoices, tickets, subscriptions and online orders.
- Get summaries and alerts on TelegramConnect your own Telegram bot to receive the daily summary, low-stock alerts and owner alerts, and ask Kluvan questions from Telegram.
- Read the sales, profit and stock reportsThe reports across your apps: sales from invoices and online orders, profit per product, stock value and movements, and the branches compared.
- Connect your own software with API keysMake an API key with chosen scopes, an expiry and an optional branch, call the Kluvan public API safely, and revoke the key at any time.
- Connect an assistant app to KluvanLet your own assistant app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read your Kluvan figures through MCP with read-only keys you control and can revoke.
- Get owner alerts from your appsSwitch on owner alerts, choose the events, e-mail or Telegram, quiet hours and the hourly digest, and review alerts from the bell or the alerts page.
- Ask questions about your organisationAsk in plain words, in Kluvan or on Telegram, and get answers worked out from your own records, such as sales this month or who owes you.
- Choose how Kluvan sends your e-mailsMail goes from Kluvan's address with your reply address, or from your own SMTP server. Learn what a bounced or spam-marked address means.
- Ask AI a business questionEarly accessAsk a free-text question with consent, AI credits and reports scoped to your permissions.
- Capture notes and files without a connectionEarly accessPrepare offline storage, keep notes and files locally, and upload them explicitly when your connection returns.
