创建检验模板

模板列出检验员需要回答的问题及每题的合格答案。任一答案不合格会使检验失败，默认还会创建不符合项。

开始之前

• 需要 Manage templates, non-conformances and actions 权限。

操作步骤

1. 打开 Quality → Inspection templates，找到 New template。
2. 填写 Name，例如“到货检查”。
3. 选择 Inspects 对象：Any record，或 Goods receipt、Equipment、Field job 等单一类型。
4. 选择 Severity of a failure：Minor、默认的 Major 或 Critical。
5. 填写 First question，例如“包装完好？”，选择 Create template。
6. 在模板页面找到 Add a question，填写 Question 并选择 Answer type：
   • Yes / no：在 A yes / no passes on 设置合格答案；如“发现损坏？”应选 No。
   • Reading (number)：设置 Unit、Lowest that passes 和 Highest that passes，上下限均可留空。
   • Choice：用 | 分隔 Choices，再填写 Choices that pass；后者留空表示全部选项都合格。
   • Note：不会导致检验失败。
   • Photo：由检验员添加图片。
7. 按需勾选 An answer is needed 和 A photo is needed，并通过 A failure here is 提高本题失败的严重程度。
8. 选择 Add a question。重复添加，再用箭头调整顺序。

从已发布表单开始

若检查清单已在表单应用中，进入 Quality → Inspection templates 的 Start from a published form，选择 Form 和 Inspects，再选 Build the template。系统复制问题后，请逐题设置合格标准。

须知

• 版本。 某版本一旦被检验使用，再修改就会生成新版本，历史检验保留原版本。未使用版本直接修改。旧版本显示为标签页，并说明为基于该版本填写的检验保留。
• 来自表单。 复选框转为以“是”为合格的是非题；数字保持数字；选择题保留选项，默认全部合格；其他字段转为备注。模板显示 From a form 及表单版本。检验不会生成表单提交记录。
• 严重程度。 失败检验使用失败问题中最高的严重程度，否则使用模板的严重程度。
• 不再使用时选择 Archive the template，使用 Use the template again 可恢复。
• 模板页面的 Inspect with it 会用此模板开始检验。
